I recently stayed at Hotel Rivemar for a week during my vacation in Cancun. The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and treated me like family. They were always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly they may have sounded. The cleaning ladies were also very professional and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the ADO bus station and with easy access to public transportation to explore the area.

I stayed at Rivemar for about three nights for leisure. The staff were really helpful and the hotel was amazingly clean. The AC was quick, although noisy, but the room was comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk from the bus station and downtown restaurants. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable about the town and spoke excellent English. They even waived the cancellation fee for our delayed flight. The cleaning staff were professional and friendly. a wonderful experience.

The location of this budget hotel is ideal, with a huge supermarket just around the corner and the bus station nearby. It is easy to access the beautiful beaches of the Zona Hotelera from here. The rooms are basic but clean and functional, and some even come with a balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming service.
